Liverpool - God showed me a vision of a Menorah, a seven-pronged Jewish candlestand and at around the same time put Liverpool on my heart. As a result Charlotte and I moved to Liverpool and now believe God wants us to help start 7 chruches across Merseyside. At a newfrontiers time of fasting I was given this prophesy, "You will play the full seven sets." The leader later apologised saying that tennis matches only go up to five sets, but I was strengthened that God was encouraging me to persevere to start all seven churches.
Wirral - Soon after we started in our Liverpool home a group started travelling across teh Mersey from the Wirral. Three years later I asked Dave and Nicki if they would pray about moving to the Wirral to lead our first plant from Liverpool. They asked God to give them ten people on the Wirral Alpha if he wanted them to move. 10 people showed up. Dave took voluntary redundancy from Marconi and payed for himself to work full time for the church for the first year. God has wonderfully provided for each step that he has led us to take.
Kirkby - Barry and Ruth helped Dave and Nicki lead Jubilee Church Wirral for 3 years and have now moved to Kirkby with a view to starting a church there. They are currently travelling to Liverpool for their sundays and with others from Kirkby are helping Liverpool to move towards their goal of being a vibrant healthy church of 200. Ruth has started a thriving Day Care called Rainbow in Kirkby.
Wigan - Mike and Mel have recently started Bible studies in their home and are already outgrowing the venue. They are part of Jubilee Church Liverpool. Mike is doing his Masters in Theology at Manchester University and Mel is a librarian. We're praying about what God wants us to do in Wigan.
